One of my favorite weekends of the year is here! It is Marine Corps ball time! Last year, I attended by myself, and this year I am so excited to have AJ as my date! All the festivities will start tomorrow night with a traditional wetdown (promotion party). Saturday will be filled with getting ready (hair, lunch, and lots of wives hanging out and having a great time!) This is also my last full week of my twenties! I can't believe how fast this year has gone. The boys are off of school until next Wednesday. I am lucky enough to get to spend the day with them tomorrow and have an extended weekend!
As for my dress... I thought I found a steal a few weeks ago. But, after feeling like I would never feel confident in it (low back, low cleavage) I figured I needed to find something that I would feel good in. So.... my dress arrived today! After a week of hounding and three colors later.. my dress is being pressed and it should be beautiful. Here are a few shots of the dress on the model- mine is Navy.
