New Years
Happy New Year! It is hard to believe that another year has come and gone! It seems as if it was just yesterday and I was writing about all I had to look forward to in 2008. It sure is fun to look back on it. I took my test again today. I feel much better about it and can't wait to get my letter in the mail telling me that I passed, so that I can go take my State test and be done studying. I sure am glad I didn't decide to go back to school. I like having my free time and a life other then studying. I feel like that is all I have been doing since August. Ugh. Ready for the light at the end of the tunnel. We had a pretty quiet New Years. AJ was fortunate to have three days off this week, so it was nice to have him around for the festivities. We decided to bring New Years to my Mom and Mamaw, so we had a night full of food and games. It was a good time and Mamaw said it was her best New Years ever. She is being a trooper. She gets stronger everyday. I have to admit that I get a bit sad when I see her because she was always such a fast zippy lady. She still has her smile and can always make us giggle. I am so happy she is around now full time.
I haven't really thought about my New Year's resolutions just yet. I know that this year I look forward to:
- My nephew Bailey to be born in about 19 days.
- Keegan to turn 10!
- To get licensed and sell lots of houses!
- Sell my own house?
- Be more active and healthy.
- Brayden to tie his shoes and watch his reading grow.
- Mamaw continuing to get stronger and seeing her throughout the week.
- AJ to get off of probation and get a steady shift!
