A day off...

I was able to take the day off with the boys today. It was nice to sleep in and be slow moving today after a busy weekend. AJ was in a wedding about 3 hours from here near the Missouri border. It was a very very long drive with not much but trees, and fields, and small towns. We ended up take the interstate on the way home and it was a little less boring and a bit faster. The trees are very beautiful here right now, so I tried to stay entertained by that. The wedding was fun, the Marines always get crazy and it is always a good time. I am looking forward to AJ's ball in a few weeks.

The boys and I did some running today, made some cookies and just pretty much did not much of anything. I finished organizing some stuff I wanted to get done and actually did some online Christmas shopping. I bought some things that I thought might be harder to get once Christmas gets closer, then did some more browsing. I'm excited for Christmas this year, because AJ will be around. I can think of a million things I want to get him. We probably would normally not exchange, but I'm buying for him anyway. =)

Well, I must get some studying done. I need to get my test scheduled. I have been putting it off...
